Tu me manques

Tu me manques*

Is it possible to miss
something you never had?

Like a third hand
when two are carrying boxes?

I feel the phantom pains
in the night, and restlessness.

The French assign blame:
You are lacking yourself to me.

*(The above poem was in response to this question from philosopher J.S. Lee:

de filosofia no sé;
del amor tampoco o menos;
pero me pones pensar tu
si es posible mancar
lo que aún no haya tenido.)
